Bumpers Drive-In of America, Inc. or its affiliated entities only collects information such as names, addresses, birthdates and email addresses when provided voluntarily by you to register for our Bumpers Drive-In Bump On In Email Club, for contests and sweepstakes or when providing feedback or survey information. Sharing of Personal Information
Bumpers Drive-In may share information within our Bumpers Family. This includes Bumpers Drive-In Corporate, our franchisees, area supervisors, general managers, subsidiaries and affiliates. The use of this information within the Bumpers Family will comply with this privacy policy.
Bumpers Drive-In hires an outside company to manage our database and email club program. Bumpers Drive-In Bump On In Email Club
When you fill out contest, sweepstakes or Email Club registration forms on our website or at our local stores, you will be automatically entered into our Bumpers Drive-In Bump On In Email Club. We will send you offers, new product promotions or other information via email on a monthly basis. This program is completely voluntary. All new members will receive a welcome email to verify registration. You can choose to opt out of receiving the emails, and we will remove you from the database and further emails at your request. Our Privacy Policy Regarding Children
Bumpers Drive-In is very sensitive to children's privacy issues. It is our policy that visitors under 13 years of age should not submit any information on www.bumpersdrivein.com. Our Bumpers website features a Kid’s Area with games and other children’s activities which do not require children to provide any personal information in order to play.
